Thank you for participating in my Girl Scout Gold Award project. Please complete this brief survey after completing a bra sizing or fitting. Your responses will help measure the impact of my project.

This survey is intended for participants age 13 and older.

Please enter the same email address you used for the pre-survey, if possible. Your email will be used only to connect your responses and help prevent duplicate counting. It will not be added to a mailing list.
